Penne pasta with asparagus and tomato cream sauce.
Simple and easy to prepare with special flavours.
Penne Pasta with asparagus and tomato cream sauce it's an everyday meal that always surprising.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1/2 lb. penne pasta
10 stalks of asparagus blanched in boiling water for a minute
4  diced tomatos
100g butter
1/2 quart cream 42% fat
Ground black pepper
1/2 ts nutmeg
Handful of chopped basil
1. Cook pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions. Hold pasta under running
water, and mix with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
2. Cut the asparagus into cubes.
3. Heat a pan with butter and fry the tomato cubes for one minute. Add asparagus to the
frying pan for another minute and pour in the cream, bring to a boil.
4. Season with salt pepper and nutmeg.
5. Mix sauce with pasta and bring to a boil and remove from heat.
6. sprinkle with chopped basil leaves and serve.
